How to size your bracelet:

Adults Bracelets:
To get your bracelet size, measure your wrist at the largest point. Add one inch to the measurement and that is your correct bracelet size. Our adult bracelets are made in:
Extra Small: 6 1/2"
Small: 7"
Medium: 7 1/2"
Large: 8"
Extra Large: 9”

If you are in-between sizes you should round up. For example, if your wrist measures 6 1/4", you add an inch to get your bracelet size making it 7 1/4". You are safer choosing the 7 1/2" size than going down to the 7". However, the size you order is ultimately your choice.
Keep in mind that our bracelets are hand strung and to resize the bracelet, we must cut the wire, use new wire and crimp beads, and completely restring the bracelet to size it smaller or larger. Therefore, if you need your single strand bracelet resized there will be a $10 charge for new wire and labor.

I want to purchase a bracelet for a gift, how do I know what size to buy?

A good standard size for a gift is 7 ½.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Sterling Silver jewelry is fine jewelry and needs tender care to last a lifetime. We use only high quality materials to create a product that will last, but all jewelry will dull with time and wear. The great thing about sterling silver, and our products, is that it is easy to return them to their original shine. The best way to clean your jewelry is with a silver polishing cloth. Our quality sterling silver components, will shine up wonderfully with a little buffing using a silver polishing cloth. Do not use "jewelry dips" on your bracelets (as these dips can damage the antique finish on the Alphabet beads, Bali beads and/or crystals)! If you have any questions about what to use on your jewelry, send us an email.

It is not advised that you wear your bracelets in the pool or ocean as the chemicals/environment can damage your bracelet.

When not wearing your jewelry, it is best to store your jewelry in the original organza bags for extra protection.

Warranty:
We strive to provide the finest quality possible. However, if within 30 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will give you instructions on how to simply return it along with your receipt for a refund (minus shipping charges.)

If your bracelet should need repaired due to damage caused by the workmanship, contact us and we will give you instructions as to how to return it to us with a copy of your receipt and we will gladly repair it at no charge up to three (3) months from the date of purchase. This does not apply to lost charms.

Repairs/ resizing:
If your bracelet needs repaired after three (3) months, any damage to the piece will be considered to be from wear and tear. We will be glad to repair your jewelry at any time for the applicable restringing and replacement fees (for lost beads, crystals…etc. - plus shipping.) Our restringing fees are $10 for single, $15 double strand, and $21 for triple strand bracelets. Contact us for an estimate.

If your bracelet does not fit properly upon receiving it, please contact us and we will give you instructions on how to return it to us within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt and we will resize once for free. After 30 days and you would like to have it resized or repaired, we would be glad to do so for a fee of restringing fees are $10 for single, $15 double strand, and $21 for triple strand (plus shipping charges.)
